World Cup of Racing Season 26

With all the confusion her is a breakdown for drivers penalties and teams.

Selecting a team your team is to consist of 10 drivers.

Each driver has a rating and his/her national rank highest to lowest on the team will determine their class

If national rank 8 is your highest he would be rank 1
Does not matter your rank is based on the 10 chosen highest to lowest.
I know they do not update the system tonight on ranking page but it is in the system I am going through the teams tonight that have posted rosters I am going to be verifying team rating

Teams do not need to be in till day 73.

Driver
Rank 1 & 2 go to level 1
Rank 3 & 4 go to level 2
Rank 5 & 6 go to level 3
Rank 7 & 8 go to level 4
Rank 9 & 10 go to level 5

Moving on to round 2
Chase Format applies win and you move on if a series has more then 16 winners then top 16 point winners move on.

Most likely will not happen. Likely is that you may have 7-10 winners maybe less but after all winners move on then the next highest in points move on just like the NASCAR chase but there is no minimum rank to win to move on.

Round 2 qualifiers from Round 1
Level 1 & 2 drivers move onto round 2 level 1
Level 4 & 5 drivers move onto round 2 level 2

Drivers in level 3 if any country gets both drivers to move on a rank 5 driver would move to level 1 rank 6 drivers to level 2 all others would be based on points finish not wins but wins is the first way to move on in the class but points will determine placement

Each teams total can not surpass 18000 total without penalty. Average driver rating 1799.9 to keep from going over.

Any just retired driver has a 500 rating if retired after day 54 meaning day 55 birth or later applies to an 18 year old.

Penalty applies for team rating of 18001-19000.
Round 1 applies 50 driver points per driver.
Round 2 is 300 team point toward total championship.

Each driver in round 1 is driving for themselves just trying to qualify for round 2.

Round 2 total team points of all remaining drivers in round 2 determine team standings.

Key is to get as many drivers to round 2 so you can accumulate as many points as possible toward your teams championship points.

All countries have a chance to move on cause of how the classes are broken down.
