Personally, I'd start again. Retire. Get a new Rookie and crank up the Pace and go from there. I used to manage UK #1 Guy Wellington and for the first few seasons results were not so good.

Well, it is my third seasson, and I haven´t good results, I don´t know if It´s me, or It´s the car, or It´s the team. I am in Portuguese Series now, and for this seasson I change my car. As you know, it was the worst thing I did, my new car doesn´t...
