Formula 1 Commissioner Elected
This is the announcement of the new commissioner for Formula 1. And there is also some important information about last days of this season. Read more inside the article!
So I received 8 applications for the commissioner position but one of them was cancelled because that manager found a F1 seat for his driver, so he is not eligible. All team managers voted except one, but the results of the elections are so conclusive that it is not neccessary to wait for his vote. The new commissioner is already a well-known manager. So here are the results:

So now I will talk to daftkrft. His task will not be too difficult. He will take decissions about how to solve situations which are not well covered by the rules.
Other info:
- I changed points system for all lower F3 series. We want to award points to rookie drivers even if they are not in top 10, so we will use Rookie series points system there.
- Voting points finalization will come early in the morning this sunday. Make sure to set all voting points during saturday.
- Tyre usage in F1 races is the same as in real F1. Drivers are supposed to use both slick compounds or use intermediate or wet tyres at least once. System will check what drivers used 2 laps before end of the race. If system detect that driver only used one tyre type, then he will be forced to use another slick compound. If the system check fails and driver never used both slick tyre compounds, he will be disqualified.
- Fuel will not work like in real F1, refueling during the race is allowed. We have to find additional feature for car attribute changes based on fuel saving. So 100 litres will be used in any track, but we will leave this for later.
