18 year old Driver/Team Manager Andrew Bauer claimed his first podium of his young career with a 2nd place finish in today's Rookie Series race at Austin. Following up on a promising debut at Philip Island the week before, Bauer had a strong qualifying effort, which set up his success.

We were unable to get a word from the driver post race as he'd already begun work on the car for the second day of racing in two days time.
