The first international season went better than expected

When Michael Wittmann sat in his F3 racer for the F3 World Series for the first time, it was actually clear to him that he would mainly be in the midfield and that he could get into the points every now and then. At that time nobody knew that everything would turn out differently. To his own and to the surprise of many others, he ended up on P3 in the first race and even won the second race, the next races were then not so good, due to avoidable mistakes and failures, some 6 and 7 places were the maximum achievable for Wittmann. After a few discussions with his race engineer, it was agreed to change the strategy, which finally led to the regular top spots from the second half of the season. Ultimately, it was enough to reach 5th place in the overall ranking. With this knowledge and many new experiences, Wittmann is confident about the new season of the F3 World Series. The goal of the new season can only be to be higher up in the overall standings, said Wittmann.
