Short one but a reflex from an F1 driver is like under a tenth, mine are averagely two tenths (i do karting k). When you go to the driver peformance building you get them massively machines with LED holes on them, its like a reflex machine, there are millions of them. You're right, not only motorsport guys uses them.

So if you want to get better reaction time, you need to be fit. Like one day if you the car gets loose when driving, you got the muscle and the energy to save you and the car from the wall, and you need it for small corrections when you're fighting the crazy G-force thingy.
