New tyres rules

In general I agree with you that current system need to be changed. I like your idea about 13 sets of tyres and 2 attempts per one qualyfiying part.

But i disagree with limiting to 4 sets of tyres in practice. You shoud be allowed to use any from your 13 sets.

For sure it puts some effort in development, but I would like to see similar mechanism like in real F1 - drivers/team can choose which tyres they want use in race.

Altough giving back tyres is nice system that I like, it generate extra development effort, so we could stay without it.
