The reason is not xenophobia

We've outbid some bidders as we want to keep the team Finnish. Finnish as in language, not in nationality. If someone enters our team, ALL the conversation in the team chat will be in Finnish and for someone who does not speak or understand it, it would be really hard for him to feel himself part of the team. A team member that is not happy being in the team is always a risk for the team.

However, it's not said that Williams will stay Finnish only team forever. Just for now we have enough active/semiactive members, but this may change in the future.
