Windsor Alliance Racing - Season 14

Windsor Alliance Racing started season 14 with good hopes of improving on last season as we debuted a new much improved KERS system.

After the first qualifying session, it became clear that our improvement still wasn't enough to be much closer to the top 10 so again we had to count on luck in order to have hopes of scoring points. We came really close on a few occasions but it wasn't quite enough. Still our season was better than the previous one.

Fabrício Cruz commented on this season - "There were some good opportunities to score points this season, I came really close in the US GP but unfortunately I wasn't able to keep my opponent behind in that race so 11th was my best result this season and in my F1 career too. I had a very strong team-mate this season who forced me to keep pushing all the time!"

Next season WAR will have a new driver line-up, Fabrício Cruz will stay for a 3rd season and alongside him we'll have Mieczyslaw Gnojarzowski also in his 3rd F1 season. We would like to thank Torghelle for his work with the team this season, we know he pushed very hard and we wish him the best next season.

Gnojarzowski had this to say about next season - "I hope we will make every effort count, as preparations for the next season are going according to plan. I hope to bring many points to the team"

And finally Cruz said - "Next season will be the last of my career, once again my goal will be to score points."

Season 15 will be a transitional season, it will be the last one of the current engine formula and so our objective will to score some points if the circumstances allow and prepare season 16 as best as we can!
