Fox finds it tough!

A week into season 11 and Irelands very own roving reporter Muscles O'Shaugnessy caught up with Redmond Fox for a very brief chat!

Muscles: So Red, how's she cutting?

Fox: Like a lawn mower Muscles, like a lawn mower!

Muscles: Haha, right, ok. So how has your first weeks racing been, Red?

Fox: It's been up and down to be honest, and looking at my results on paper would suggest it's been more down than up.
But I've had some unfortunate incidents and coming-togethers that either knocked me down the grid or knocked me out of the race. I guess I'm to blame for half of them as I was a bit over-aggressive in some of my races. But there's no doubt, it's been a steep learning curve for me in my first week in F3.
I'm hoping these early experiences will teach me a few things that I can carry through the rest of the season.

Muscles: I see.
How are your preparations coming along for the upcoming Rookie Series race on the Czech course in Most tomorrow?

Fox: Not bad at all. I had a decent practice that I hope yielded a set-up that will see me score some good points. I'm just hoping I can get in and out with a good qualifying session that will give me a chance at scoring well. Other than that, a bit of the luck 'o the Irish wouldn't go astray, haha!

Muscles: Well good luck in the upcoming races and indeed the Rookie Series! We're all hoping you do us proud, and no doubt you will Red!
