Q: How do you think Bobby Green's progress is going?

A: Well i think we're doing pretty well, obviously we're still in the hunt for a first win we've been pretty unlucky not to win a race yet.

Q: Are you liking what you're seeing in Formula E so far?

A: Yeah he's adapted from F3 cars to FE cars very nicely. He's immediately impressed me by hitting our expected position (around 13th-16th) in both races so far.

Q: Where can we expect to see yourself and Green next season?

A: Probably Formula E again if we have the money come seasons end

Q: And what about in 5 seasons?

A: Well... It's kind of hard to tell at the moment. I know Bobby isn't looking at Formula 1 right now thats not really his goal. He has suggested in the future he would be open to the new World Prototype Series. And he also expressed a slight interest in Stock Car Racing. But I can't give you a definite answer

Q: What would be your dream goal?

A: Well i think it'll obviously getting a driver to Formula 1. Also probably owning part of Toyota Gazoo Racing F1 Team. I have tried to join a few bids but it's obvious that I don't have the necessary money to do so. But I think those are the two dreams.

Q: Last but not least, what advice would you give to young/new manager's like yourself?

A: Definitely the most important ingredient to good results are set-ups. They can be a pain and take up time but they give your driver that extra bit of pace. Also, don't be afraid to spend cash on extra training.
