New driver line up for Trabant's S19 campaign

TRABANT F1 Racing announced today its driver line up for the next season.

Not surprisingly the team extend the contract of Petter Solberg. The Norwegian had some excellent results this season and already scored a Championship point, breaking the season long pointless spell for Trabant.

The second driver has surprised the whole racing community. In order to bolster its driver line up and become even more competitive, Trabant signed Sebastian Räikkönen, who currently is employed by Trabants main rival Toro Rosso. Räikkönen for sure is hoping to receive the better package at Trabant.

This can be seen as Trabants ultimate push to finally surpass Toro Rosso and climb up the ladder.

This leaves Norwegian driver Skram out in the open. Obviously his performances could not convince the team management. However, as the Team Manager stated during the press conference, Trabant wants to thank Skram for his dedicated service and wishes him all the best for the future.

The whole team is excited and looking forward to the new season. With the drivers finally signed Trabant can now enter into Sponsor negotiations and will be hoping that the sponsors are as well impressed by the signed drivers.
