Eerte top-10

De eerste top-10 klassering is een feit. Hij heeft er 5 wedstrijden op moeten wachten maar op het Taupo Motosportpark heeft Diaz een goede wedstrijd gereden.

Startend vanaf positie 18 had Diaz een prima start waarmee hij 3 plaatsen won. In het vervolg van de race slaagde Diaz erin om op te rukken naar positie 9.

Diaz bedankt met name zijn team die erin zijn geslaagd een goede auto neer te zetten en een snelle pitstop te realiseren.
