Press Releases - Exclusive Interview With BobPG #2

Exclusive Interview With BobPG #2

Reporter: once again we're sat here with Kiwi driver manager BobPG to do some more questions and answers.

Q: Obviously now with Rodger since we last interviewed you, what's the differences between the two Greens?
A: Well Bobby never had any knowledge on what he wanted to do or how he was to get there. In all honesty, I didn't either. But with Rodger, we have the perks of owning part of an F1 team and trying to provide them with a driver in the far future. We've had great advice so far.

Q: Now tell me, what's your biggest hopes and dreams? Not just for Rodger, but all of your drivers to come.
A: Well there's a few things I have on my mind. The main priority in maybe 5-10 years time is own an F1 team. I think I'd have to make it a NZ based team. Or if not base it near my hometown back in the UK. Another big goal in my eyes is winning a triple crown one day. That's probably not going to happen for a long, long time. I would also like to have drivers in both WRC and Moto GP. In Rodger's career, I'd like to be a champion of one or two different championships. Maybe championships like Formula E, F2, Super Formula or F3.

Q: What's your biggest fear?
A: Letting people down. If I ever let Rodger down I will forever be guilty.

Q: Who are your motorsport heroes?
A: Guenther Steiner! No but in all seriousness, either Sebastian Vettel or Niki Lauda. One's a four time world champion, aggressive, iconic and quick. The other is a three time world champion, survived and came back very quickly from his near death Nürburgring crash, has the best mindset I've ever heard of and is an all out legend of any racing. Honourable mentions go to Lewis Hamilton, Michael Schumacher, Jim Clark and Ayrton Senna.

Reporter: Once again thanks so much for being here, pleasure to see you
BobPG: Not a problem, see you later!
