Why?
For example, there are no rallies in Lithuania in this game to create new rally tracks.

There have also been regional rally races in Europe such as the Alpine Rally Trophy, the Balkan Rally Trophy, the Baltic Rally Trophy, the Benelux Rally Trophy, the Celitc Rally Trophy, the Central Rally Trophy and the Iberian Rally Trophy and the Baltic Rally Trophy. .
