Fix the Superspeed ways in nasc the wrecks for open wheel

At tracks like daytona and talladega you need the draft and when the brocastes happen they are all spread out like they are running at las vegas. There also is no big ones and in nascar they run three four wide at those tracks. A need skill should be added drafting to help make the superspeedway races more relsitacte. Also in open wheel cares when they crash they take much more damage then they do the in the game. Please fix these problems. Also add speedweeks in NASC gold cup
