It has been seen that so far this season Biguel Maines has had quite a successful season compared to others. Despite only having 1 race win this season he has finished 95% of his races with no crashing out or mechanical failures.

When looking at his recent races he didn't have the pace to win but undercutting the competition with an 8 second pitstop puts him right in the fray every time.

Upon looking at his employees he has an amazing pit crew of mechanics rated 82+ looking very comfortable in their primary and secondary roles. When asked how Maines can afford all of this he realised when looking for the first time that he cannot afford this! He found his balance to be a mere $41,206. That could have been spent on training instead of employees as his weekly wages to pay is bordering 300,000 a week!

In an urgent response to this jaw dropping game changer Biguel has gave out redundancies to all of his staff in a hope to salvage his finances to bring him back. Will sponsors still back him as a top driver? Will his results stay as they are or stoop down the pack?
