Maximum Training rate is all about early sacrifices

Since I could convince Debik to not reduce training rate which I will Never Support. So how do the players reach all 100 skills.. Simple they make sacrifices to achieve achieve that possibility. My Driver Tex Cobb did just that.. I designed my driver with 100 intel at 18 yo with 90 man management.. That alone means for a starting driver He gets the maximum possible daily train rate a driver can get.. But he sacrifices every skill that will make him faster against every other rookie he will face.. Is That not fair?

Next he trained up his charisma and man management for 1 1/2 seasons .. So he could reach the Max Daily training rate at 19 1/2 years old.. He gets the best sponsor offers possible for his rating! He still has still has zero racing skills .. so every 18 year old driver can have more.. That is sacrifice is that not fair?

Now he can finally work on increasing racing skills.. Yes he learns significantly faster then anyone his age or younger some even years older.. But how many of them mad his sacrifices.

Every manager in the game knows more skills of your driver means better chances of success.. The most succesfull drivers in the game all have high personal skills.. The driver who Max their skills the earliest all have one thing in Common.. They all maxed their personal skills earlier because they sacrificed racing skills for learning rate.. The players who complain it is to fast are the same players who refuse to make the sacrifice early enough to make a difference and will never have a chance for 100 skills or making a championship quality F1 driver..

Simply nerfing the skill starting point will not stop the same drivers with best understanding of learning rates from being champions. It will just make it harder for those who do not understand learning rate to have success 2.0 and beyond.. But it also prevents the best players in the game from having the personal challenge of making a better driver then I previous one.

The fact is Novikov has earned his max skill level.. Alexy Miller has earned his higher learning rate.. I have earned my Higher learning rate with Tex Cobb,, Why because we made sacrifices in our skill training to get that advantage.. You can take away all starting skills input by players and we would still learn how to get more skills then the others because the best always find a way for FREE!

P.S. Most people agree it is much better to start off with 90 Charisma instead of Man Management. Why? In the starting phase you usually have only one or two employees (to train your driver and negotiate sponsors). These employee don't exactly ...

I will admit, I am new to this game, don't know much and have a lot to learn. On the other hand, you present yourself like the smartest guy in the room. You know, like someone who has everything figured out. You also seem very righteous and eager ...
