In an exciting race at Hoskivice Foyt Collects win number 1 for season 17.. While this could be his only win for the season.. Foyt started the race in 7th but quickly moved up to 4th.. Never behind by more then 4 seconds which was stunning to Foyts entire crew this not a great track for a power car..

In the end in came down to last few laps Foyt took lead for second time with 2 laps to go.. But Zajasek was right on his tail less the 4 tenths slower when the passing fest took place,, They exchanged lead 4 times in last 2 laps.. Zajasek took lead going into the last section,. The entire crews heart fell but Foyt got inside edge on last turn forcing Zajasek wide and took lead and the checkered Flag..

As in every race Foyt takes a picture with entire crew including all the volunteer pit crew.. This time was from the Top spot of the podium.. When asked why he was on top this race .. Foyt said " the fans in our pit crew was charged up over our new paint job.. That energy carried the team and the car to checkered.. I was just lucky guy in the cockpit!"
